Taking a cue from @Severn Goodwin I’m drinking some MO wine, which is made just a few hours from where I live. I had never had anything by Stone Hill prior to this, assuming it wasn’t very good, but I was wrong. This is a great light bodied red and was great with a slight chill. Black and blue fruits, forest floor, and a mineral streak combine with medium + acid and light tannins for an easy drinking, dry, fresh red. I bought a few of this producer’s wines and look forward to trying the others. A pleasant surprise! — a year ago
Refreshing sparkling wine with a tinge of rose.
Enjoyed with cheese. Fun it was out of a can — 3 years ago
Simple but fun. Definitely interesting, both in terms of the blend and the way in which it is made. Very non-traditional, but easy to appreciate. Fruit punch with some vanilla thrown in. A bit funky at first, but it aired out nicely after a couple of days. 40% Piquette Rouge, 35% Bläufrankisch, 25% Chambourcin. 3/26/23. — a year ago

A little sweet and fruity with a taste of the soil. Excellent red from a white region that is hit or miss with reds. — a year ago
Great chilled red. Light, quaffable, crisp. Blackberries. Drank solo but want it with something grilled. — 2 years ago
