Dry, dusty, medium weight, smooth. Very good. Smells like stones. Good with steak. Tasted even better after breathing a while. Still great the next day, probably better. — a month ago
Occasionally, I gamble on 2nd, 3rd wines or even a Bordeaux Superior in grand Bordeaux vintages. Sometimes you find wines that out shine their price point. This is a bit less than I hoped for, yet still a nice wine at this age.
The Roasted, Rosemary Potatoes were best with Burgundy and the AB Ribcover best with the Bordeaux.
Always have two wines for your entree & sides . It’s always paid dividends for us.
