Me, this guy and crock-pot baked ziti got along GOOD!!! That spicy initial kick in your mouth mixed with the tartness of cherries was delicious. Just the right hitnof fruit for a non fruity wine lover mixed with a hint of buttery-caramel to help smooth out that kick when it first hits your palate. I'm in love. That is all. — 7 years ago
Loving this with a crock pot and broiled chicken we dined on tonight, at home. Dry, medium-full bodied, balancing the green tomato and garlic gravy made from the chicken and (did I mention duck fat?), such brown rice it's purple. A great buy. — 8 years ago

This is super great if you get a bag of Nectar of the Vine Mulling Spice& add a bottle of Ladoga Ridge blueberry wine in a crock pot mull for an hour is sooo delicious covered up at s firepit or in front of fireplace. I fix for Thanksgiving&Christmas smells so great just mulling!🍾🍷 — 6 years ago
This is a very typical Barolo for all the hallmark aromas and flavors, yet this wine has such soft finesse with a med finish. It is pairing perfectly with the pot roast that's been in the crock pot all day long! — 7 years ago
