The best white wine at the James Suckling Great Wines of Italy event. Crisp. Clean. Floral. Nice acidity & minerality. Perfection — 6 years ago
Lots of tannin, barnyard nose, cherries... fruit notes off top, then bracingly dry on the finish. Have your rib eye ready. — 6 years ago

Agree with @Chris MacLean : peppery. I’ve not had many wines like this, and loved the expansion of my experience. — a year ago
Indigenous variety from Campania (Campi Flegri, Vesuvio, Napoli area and the Sorrento peninsula). Traditionally blended with Aglianico to tame that grape, it’s produced as a varietal too. Soft overall mouthfeel with bright and integrated acidity; cherry, blackberry, floral notes (Violet? Lilac?) and an underlying herbal quality. M- body, M length, great QPR at 13€.

A dark garnet red wine. Balanced with dark ripe black plum and the a finish of sea mist and pepper. The Piedirosso grape delivers a wine full of life and down to earth. Open and drink this wine to remove all of your worries and focus on the important things in life….your family and wine. Excellent when paired with juicy rib eye, spinach and mushrooms. — 7 months ago
