Lighter style for Falanghina, and so savory! Complex marine salinity, flinty, bright citrus notes carry through to a palate cleansing finish. — 2 years ago

Indigenous variety from Campania (Campi Flegri, Vesuvio, Napoli area and the Sorrento peninsula). Traditionally blended with Aglianico to tame that grape, it’s produced as a varietal too. Soft overall mouthfeel with bright and integrated acidity; cherry, blackberry, floral notes (Violet? Lilac?) and an underlying herbal quality. M- body, M length, great QPR at 13€.
