Had this at Bern’s Steak House in dessert room. Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe stone and tropical fruits and floral notes wrapped in a frizzante. On the palate flavors of peach, apricot and mango with notes of white floral. Good balance with lively yet refrained acidity, medium+ finish ending with sweet ripe fruit character. — 17 days ago
Both bottles had a bit of seepage around the cork. Opened with a ‘pop’. Fruity aroma and effervescent and almost a sparkling wine with small bubbles. Quite sweet yet crisp on the palate. I assume it was still fermenting in the bottle but it was delicious nonetheless. Glad I checked the bottles early and noticed the seepage or these likely would have gone bad. — 2 months ago

バルベーラ100。良年のみ作られるキュヴェで酸化防止剤無添加。
この前に、バルベーラ100のノーマルを飲んで、あまりのブレットに撃沈したが、これはそのようなオフフレーバーもなく、これまでに感じたことのないブドウの滑らかな果実味。
しっかり濃度もあるが、全く引っかかりのない滑らかさ。
とは言え、自然派らしくバルベーラの個性とかは感じづらい。
