Characteristic Bichi bret. Kind of spicy and peppery finish, with cedar on the nose. — 4 months ago
2016 Vintage, smooth, earthy undertones. — 10 months ago
Perfect for summer day- light fizz, not too sweet. Excellent! — 2 months ago
So far my favorite of Bichi's productions. Characteristic funk and deep flavors. — 5 months ago
strawberry and some other stuff, but was already feeling good when I opened it. I remember some salinity (and ...the Alamo) and the ultimate feeling was that I wanted more of it by the time the bottle was empty. — 4 years ago
What better wine to pop open on Cinco de Mayo than one from Mexico! The "mystery" grape here is thought to be either dolcetto or carignan, but I'm not sold on either, personally. Regardless, there is definite funk on the nose, but not too barnyard-y. Also got red licorice. Nice flavors of cranberry and Cherry Coke on the palate. Cool wine! 100% Unknown varietal. 5/5/22. — 8 months ago
Has a faint smokiness, reminiscent of a mezcal with that kind of bite. Sour fruit when drank kind of warm. — 4 months ago
This is another really cool blend IMO, super interesting to drink. Dont know why ppl aren’t getting Bichi better or why their project hasn’t caught on more yet. You should try this if you’re progressive. It’s $24 where I got it and thats a bargain. — 2 years ago

Large berries and acid flavor. Strong brett characteristic of Bichi. If you like it, you like it, but might not be for everyone. Real kombucha wine vibes. — a month ago
