Falset Marçà Etim Tardana Blanca Garnatxa Dolça 2021 — a year ago
Medium bodied dark red fruit. Not crazy about the sweetness. — 7 years ago
One of my preferred syrahs in Montsant. Perfect to sit in the cave. — 9 years ago
Nose has raspberry jam in a charred barrel, black currant juice, charred red pepper, wet leather, fresh clay pottery and moist, earthy soil.
Palate has ripe black currant, ripe blackberry, huckleberry and dried blackberry, with a medium tannic grip remaining. Likely this bottle could easily see a 15th or 20th b-day under proper storage conditions.
Alas our final bottle, it's been a stellar performer at btwn $15-17 in retail settings, about 6-8 years ago, have not seen this bottling in a while. We used to have some 2003, but that's long gone also.

A tasty 17 Year old red wine from Spain. Still drinking nicely but will not last long, so drink up.
Showing red fruits with wood, earth, chocolates, tobacco, spices and peppercorn.
Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This Spanish Grenache feels like a Right Bank Bordeaux. Interesting stuff.
I had the 2016, 4 years ago and it drinking better then.
A blend of Garnacha, Carignan and Syrah.
