Fred Estate Walla Walla Valley Syrah 2018

Sourced from their estate vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley, the 2018 ‘Fred’ Syrah is an awesome new terroir-driven wine by a’Maurice. Right away you notice the dusting of white pepper that falls upon tar, bacon fat and shades of violets on this evocative nose. The Syrah shows great verve and sense of tension as beautiful red and dark fruits march on with chocolate, sagebrush and dried herbs on the palate. Beautifully balanced and showing great texture and poise, the 2018 ‘Fred’ Syrah will enjoy a long life ahead of it. Drink 2020-2032- 93 — 2 months ago

Another 4th Friday for the books! What a variety this month!

Very unique WA state wine. Bottle decanted for 6 hours and even after letting it sit in my glass for a good while, this puppy was still tightly knit. Lots of fruit here but it avoids being jammy. Bold black and red fruits and even some grapefruit. There was a spice/pepper note on the finish.

The Artist "Mason" Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2014

This producer always seems to find elegance and approachability and this bottle fits that idea perfectly. Pretty red fruit & silky tannins play off the bright acid. A special wine from A Maurice. — 9 months ago

Got it. Thanks. Delectable you should consider adding the functionality as optional. Very helpful.

àRose Estate Rose Blend 2012

Estate Rose Syrah. Pale pink in color with orange tinge. Floral, citrus, cherry and green chile pepper, green pea, green bean notes in nose. Orange cherry notes in mouth. Lees creaminess and minerality with some gypsum-like tactile astringency in finish. Nice varietal character, even with aging. Sophisticated pour. — 3 years ago
