This now a seven year old wine and it has held up well. Thick and chewy, with the darkest black fruit supported by heavy tannins. Good acid balance, but it falls short perfection with a lack of finish, where it could use a wad of oak. — 9 years ago

This wine came in my Estate Crush Wine Club release. It has a dark rich hue in the glass, with deeply colored edges. The fragrance is slightly floral, with hints of ripe blackberries. On the pallet it expresses dark fruit balanced with acidity. Nice texture and good breadth of mid pallet. It finishes with slight suggestion of over ripe prunes, but over all, a very nice wine.
