This richly colored white wine has a subtle bouquet of early spring peaches. It has substantial texture on the pallet with a classic Viognier profile of peaches and pears. Well balanced acidity, and a fruity lingering finish. Nice job! — 9 years ago
Decent bouquet, but very thin on the pallet and devoid of varietal expression. — 9 years ago
Nice density in the glass, with natural hues. Subtle leather on the nose. On the pallet, black fruit balanced with acidity, followed with heavy tannin. Great for a meal. — 8 years ago
At this tasting, five years after this vintage, this wine is in its prime. Dark fruit, full body but soft, mature tannins. Nice job. — 9 years ago
Clean, pleasant aromatics with great intensity of color. Wonderful varietal expression and mid pallet fruit. Nice acid/tannin balance. Medium finish, dropping off unexpectedly. — 9 years ago
Appealing appearance with light intensity in the glass. Delicate fragrance. A subtle strawberry pallet, nicely balanced with a clean, tapering finish. — 9 years ago
A nicely crafted non-buttery Chardonnay with a touch of soft oak. A hint of pear on the nose with ripe pears and suggestion of lemons and honey, balanced with acidity on the pallet. A real crowd pleaser. — 9 years ago
This now a seven year old wine and it has held up well. Thick and chewy, with the darkest black fruit supported by heavy tannins. Good acid balance, but it falls short perfection with a lack of finish, where it could use a wad of oak. — 9 years ago
This wine came in my Estate Crush Wine Club release. It has a dark rich hue in the glass, with deeply colored edges. The fragrance is slightly floral, with hints of ripe blackberries. On the pallet it expresses dark fruit balanced with acidity. Nice texture and good breadth of mid pallet. It finishes with slight suggestion of over ripe prunes, but over all, a very nice wine. Good job, John. — 9 years ago

An Argentinian blend of Malbec, Charbono (Bonarda) and Syrah (79%, 11%, 10%). Great depth of color. Nice clean, fruity fragrance, with plentiful black fruit on the pallet, well balanced with acidity and soft tannin. A nice sipping wine, but can be easily paired with a meaty meal. $14.99. — 8 years ago
