Needed red wine for a ragu bolognese, I only cook with wine that I will drink happily. Opened it up and poured a glass - it was very nice. Tannins high, nose is leather and alcohol (I like this). Black cherry is the immediate taste, tannins (pleasant) as an after taste. — 7 years ago

Revisiting this after one year. Decent legs, excellent color, light on mouth feel, oak/tobacco predominate. Fairly robust and drinkable for a one-year-old wine. — 9 years ago
