Inky deliciousness. Big Cab with a long finish. — 6 years ago
Good amount of red fruit on the nose. High alcohol content makes it a bit hot, but well rounded, none the less. Flavor profile has raspberry elements, pick-up a little grapefruit on the backend. The blend of Syrah adds some pepper notes that help round out the finish. — 7 years ago
Hillside fruit notes. Tar, graphite and tobacco... but the 13’ needs some more time... think I’ll let it hang for ah day and revisit — 6 years ago
Tar and herbaceous notes. Decanted for an hour during dinner, paired well with steak dinner, but could have used another few hours decent — 6 years ago
Good for the price point ... easy drink, smooth with good tannic structure . Having it with smoked turkey legs. — 7 years ago
Nice blend with a pleasantly smooth finish — 5 years ago
Amazing Howell Mountain fruit . Can’t get enough of this big inky Cab. Nice balance of tannin and acidity, with dark pit fruit & tobacco. Full bodied and savory. Just all around pleasant. — 6 years ago
Blend is simply, well done. Dark fruit. The merlot softens the 14 vintage nicely, however, still very complex . Also thought it interesting that white rock bottle ages in caves resulting in a not so Napa finish . — 7 years ago
