Amazing Howell Mountain fruit . Can’t get enough of this big inky Cab. Nice balance of tannin and acidity, with dark pit fruit & tobacco. Full bodied and savory. Just all around pleasant. — 8 years ago

Good amount of red fruit on the nose. High alcohol content makes it a bit hot, but well rounded, none the less. Flavor profile has raspberry elements, pick-up a little grapefruit on the backend. The blend of Syrah adds some pepper notes that help round out the finish. — 8 years ago

Nice representation of Kalon vineyard . Enjoyed this one with an aged bone in Rib-eye. Great time and the perfect bottle for the occasion . Drank well right out of the bottle, & even better after an hour in the decant. — 8 years ago
