Tasty but a bit past it's prime. Just held on a bit too long. — 9 years ago
Holy sh*t this is still dank as F@ck. almost a Rioja nose: Leather, dried plums and dates, molasses, stewed tomatoes. Medium acid, high alcohol, medium tannins. Ridiculous. — 9 years ago
Game of Thrones premier selection. Delicious. Softened with age, lower acidity than when young, but delicious nonetheless. — 10 years ago
A little Alsatian beauty to round out my busy Wednesday. Amazing color, rich nose with a ton of stone fruit and pineapple. Off dry on the palate with superbly balanced acidity and minerality. Great. — 9 years ago
Love that this 2009 is still drinking like a champ. Complex nose, red vines, orchard blossoms, cherries for days. @Chas Boynton remember this one? — 9 years ago
Perfect complement to a great meal. Tannins had loosened up, there were slight reductive notes, and beautiful forest floor aromas, and a surprising amount of fruit still in tact. Sour cherry finish. — 9 years ago
When first opened, totally resembles a dry vouvray. With some air, more breadth and depth on the palate. Dry and understated at the beginning, bigger and more delicious throughout. — 9 years ago
I am so lucky to sell this wine. Delicious. — 9 years ago

Super great right now. Has reached a savory/sweet/rich balance that is just excellent. Great Fourth of July wine with BBQ. Dried fruit flavors, savory meaty flavors as well, cherry and a touch of blackberry. — 7 years ago
