Fruity and floral aromas jump out if the glass with this Barbera. Cherries, fresh cut grass and flowers on the nose lead to red cherries, a little tartness of cranberries and a touch of oak and lavener. Acidic but light and easy to drink. 2012 vintage. — 10 years ago
Tart red berries and spices on the nose. Opens tart with strong tannins but smooths into flavors of red cherries and light hint of plum, with little more to offer in this dry red. Decent table wine. — 10 years ago

A very tasty yet light Bordeaux blend. Aromas of dark fruit, some oak and cracked pepper. Taste begins with subtle plum and dark fruits that grow as it breaths, leading to light notes of oak and vanilla that are well balanced with acidity and subtle tannins. Not your macho Bordeaux, but a very nice blend for a change of pace. Great BBQ wine. — 9 years ago
Hands down the best cab I've ever owned, with layers of bold and complex flavors. The aromas bring back memories of hot, dry northern California evenings picking sweet, ripe blackberries covered in dust with floral smells of violet vanilla hanging in the air. On the palate beginning with pungent blackberry waves that are quickly curbed by tart black current, is a robust cab layered with notes of velvet, vanilla, peppercorns and smoothed by an okay finish. The strong tannins have allowed this wine to age majestically!! Great job Cynthia Klock! — 10 years ago
Aromaticly pleasant wine after about half an hour open. Smells of wild berries, tasted oak and clay. On the front end of the palate are robust red cherry and raspberry notes, followed by hints of black peppercorns, oak, and red clay, all supported by firm tannins. — 10 years ago
A rather surprisingly tasty and complete young red. Very full aroma beginning with lush dark berries, followed by hints of vanilla, mocha and a touch of smokiness. On the palate is immediate ripe, juicy blackberry and blueberry, with a touch of tartness at the end. Followed by notes of vanilla, and a mineral finish that complements the firm tannins in this young but enjoyable pinotage. — 9 years ago
A light and dry red, with decent acidity and tannins, but not terribly complex or fruity. Notes of spice and dried fruit on the nose. Red cherries and tart plums, with hints of spice and peppercorns on the palate. Good table wine. — 10 years ago
Great aromas of crushed blackberries, with notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. After decanting for about an hour this wine really opens up with lush flavors of dark berries, supported by hints of toasted vanilla, sage, lavender and a finish of oak on the palate. Good wine for the price. — 10 years ago
