Seriously... this was excellent. A little too drunk to be specific at this point. But a tad pricy. — 8 years ago
Sharp and fruity.... Very refreshing, as a Vinho Verde should be. — 8 years ago
Deep dark chocolate and berries w a faint hint of oak. Strong smooth finish. Needs to breathe for a good 20min before enjoyment to get the most out of it. One of my favorites and can't be beat for the $$$ ($14-17) — 8 years ago

Smooth w light body. Earns respect for the basics, but is still casual... Has been one of my summer favorites for few years. — 8 years ago
Smooth and comfortable. An enjoyable bottle that deserves some respect, but doesn't hit greatness. But not bad for a blend. Vastly prefer their Ancient Vine Mouvèrdre. — 8 years ago

As sharp and refreshing as a Vinho Verde should be..., but a sad finish. You need to keep on drinking to cover the end, which is how the variety should be enjoyed: without much moderation. It is so light. — 8 years ago
Dry earthy, plum with a raspberry snap. A solid option that does a great service to Montes' reputation. — 8 years ago
