Everything about this is perfect. Soft cherry blossom with the most delicate toast notes. Beautifully balanced acidity. Definitely has some bottle age on it that deepens the richness of the fruit without weighing it down at all. Such a brilliant bottle of champagne. ❤🍾 — 8 years ago
