Kim, just a correction, Inglenook Cab is not a Classic Napa. It follows the French Bordeaux left Bank style with restrained fruit, early pick and French oak. It is made by Philippe Bascaules who is the winemaker of Ch Margaux.
@Pierre Costa i stand corrected! Our sips were quite tiny and it was hard to tell. Being out there everything ends up tasting somewhat like the surrounding area.
At least ill be more cautious with use of the word “classic”- I’m a civilian, sip for fun only, and am always learning what I like and how to categorize accordingly. :)
