The tiniest of bubbles and soft on the palate. Tastes of apple and cherries. Tart and if hotly acidic. A delight to drink — 9 years ago

Yeast, yeast, yeast! Lovely aroma of bread and superbly tiny bubbles. My nose was so delighted, my brain forgot to record the nuances of taste! Perhaps after one more bottle I can write a proper description. — 10 years ago
Bright, crisp, fruity and slightly acidic. I wouldn't have chosen this wine, but have been pleasant surprised. A great summer wine. — 9 years ago

The tiniest of bubbles and delightfully dry. Pale pink in color from the grape skins. 2012 vintage and so good! — 10 years ago
Love the way the yeast hangs on my palate. The complex flavors of grape, raspberry and bread make this a champagne for any food. It was spectacular with a deep, dark flourless chocolate torte with raspberry sauce. — 9 years ago
Crisp, and slightly acidic. Top notes of ripe peaches and hint of apple. A wonderful summer wine. — 10 years ago
Light color and body. Fruity nose and very cherry with prominent oak. Slightly acidic. — 10 years ago
