Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Too young of a cabernet for my liking. Does have potential maybe after a year or so. Slightly spicy with full flavors of mountain berries and black currant. Subtle notes of black cherries. Pairs well with sirloin, brisket, roast. — 11 years ago
