Really great Cab. Keeps getting better, the longer it's open. Nice subtle fruit, food spice, firm tannins. Wish I could get another ... but ... — 3 years ago
Loved this Sav Blanc. No acidity. Pear and subtle minerals -mellow-almost like a good Chardonnay. Drank it with the growers,Tom and Brenda; amongst the grapes on the hillside outside Calistoga. Just fabulous. — 3 years ago
A friend from Wisconsin gave me a bottle and raved about this bourbon. 5 years of aging didn’t get me super excited.... but I opened the bottle and was very pleasantly surprised. This is a true family farm to table bourbon made by a thoughtful craftsman. The unique corn and natural touches give this bourbon a refined balance well beyond its years. Caramel and pepper with a nice heat. Smoother than it should be. 92 proof. — 2 years ago
Yet another underrated Merlot. Great rich fruit, soft tannins, not too much oak. — 3 years ago
Very good. How many varietals in this baby? 13? 15? — 3 years ago
Love this wine from Calistoga. Purple in color. Great fruit. Some pepper. Balanced tannins. A bit of oak on the nose disappearing in the mouth. Decant it an hour and it really comes alive. — 2 years ago
Really well made Cab with mosey fruit and chocolate, well balanced and a subtle oak. Great with a perfectly cooked sliced filet. — 3 years ago
2006 vintage with a great dinner at Torcvin Napa. Perfectly balanced, ripe fruit, truffles, oak and spice. Kept getting better through dinner as it opened up. — 3 years ago

Not a fan. Minerally boquet without depth. Some cherry on the nose, but not a lot. Harsh acidity and firm tannins, Not enough fruit. A little taste of cinnamon in the finish is nice, but overall not something I would srink again. — a month ago
