Red red wine.... (Really bad song that popped into my head). Williams Selyem never disappoints. Ruby red. Red berries — raspberries. Medium acidity. I could drink this again. I think I will. Sooner rather than later. Not enough weight on this to keep around too long. — 15 days ago
More of this please. Beautiful bottle. Deep red color. Full bodied. Dark red fruit. Really started to shine after an hour decant and another hour just passing time. Cherries, plums, and licorice. Initially just smooth, and then the flavors evolve. The finish lingers. Nice balance of acidity and tannins. There’s some more age out of this one. This does not drink like a second label. — 4 months ago
Another crowd pleaser. Needed a couple hours to decant. Red fruit and smooth tannins. Some earth notes in there as well — maybe herbal. Nice finish. Still has a few more years before it truly shines, but it was still singing tonight. — 3 months ago
