Beautiful light wine perfect for hot New Orleans summers. This would be food friendly across a broad range of food but it's perfect for spicy dishes, or fish dishes with lighter sauces like a nice lemon caper sauce. It is good with pizza and even chicken salad on bruschetta. — 9 years ago
