9.8

Tasted at Chateau Prieure Lichine over the most exquisite lunch at the winery.
-The 2009 vintage is complex, and this is one of my favorite wines tasted and the winery was one of my favorite in all of Bordeaux. ---Tasting notes 2009:
Vanilla
Could wait longer but great now
Prunes
Tannins
More spicy than the 2007
benefited from the very hot weather. ---notes on the 2001 vintage: Velvet excellence
High tannic structure
Smells smoky
Extraordinary length - high quality
Less vanilla than the 2007

notes on the 2007: fabulous - best of the 3
Heavier tannic structure - sharp
Black currant / more acidity
Worse weather contributed to the Slow maturation of the Cabernet
Ready for drinking
Creamier
Get more volume in middle mouth, not strong on the attack
