The '93 is showing beautifully right now. Aromas of cherry, smoke, pepper, earth and flowers give way on the palate to a beautiful silky smooth wine perfectly balanced and with plenty of power. Had it with the duck breast at Charcoal. That worked! — 9 years ago

Oh my God! Don't know where to begin with this incredible Barolo. Aromas: cherry, mint, leather, smoke and game. Tasting this wine is a sublime experience that reminds me how I first got into wine through Italian varietals. So food friendly with silky tannins and flavors of cherry and leather.
