Christmas bottle at condo. Distinctive yellow color. A little thick on the tongue for my tastes. But I recognize the profile similar to other highly rated bottles. Reminded my of Egly Ouriet brut which I also didn't love. — 8 years ago

So excited to try this bottle. And at $900 I was sorely disappointed. May not be the champagne's fault. I think it represented a true Blanc du Blanc style well. I just prefer a more crisp, delicate taste — 9 years ago

Birthday bottle from Jana. Delicious Natural from 2013. More delicate with less acidity than other naturals I've tried which made it so easy to drink. However, may not hold as strong against rich foods like cheese or pate. — 9 years ago

First dinner with Rafael at Fig Tree in Charlotte. Beautiful bottle! Not heavy but full of personality. Dances more than sits. Nose is dried apricots with a more acidic palette. Really liked this one. — 9 years ago
