What a beauty for 2005!!! Gracefully aged with cherrywood, plum, pepper, and spice. Paired perfectly with our zucchini noodle beef & mushroom puttanesca. Wow!! — 10 years ago

With Tim as my Sous Chef, together we made an amazing Valentine's dinner. Grass-fed filet mignon, sautéed Bok Choy, and steamed artichokes. Paired with a couple treasures from my cellar. 1998 Le Vieux Donjon Chateauneuf du Pape (lost its fruit 😔), but then we opened a 1997 Stag's Leap Cabernet Sauvignon-wow!! Beautifully aged, silky tannins, balanced acidity, lush berry fruit and a lovely finish. Boy are we spoiled! P. S. I only paid $35.95 for it back in 2001! — 10 years ago

This "Orange" wine sits on its skins for 21 days. Picked at 20 Brix from their Estate Langley Vineyard. Very savory with notes of dry grass & kumquats. Very esoteric & cool! Only 40 cases produced. — 12 years ago
