Lighter than most Tuscan IGTs. Nice drinking wine for the money. — 10 years ago
Nose of cherries and cedar box carries through to the pallet. Nice wine. Not a screaming value at $19 but not bad. Gets a little hot on the finish. — 10 years ago
Dark. Balanced. Tremendous value. — 8 years ago
Becoming a big fan of Primitivo these days. Dark fruit on the nose that carries thru to the palate. 14% alcohol but contains it well. Great with burgers. — 8 years ago
One of the nicest wines I've ever had. Elegant and balanced. Pure fruit. Lots of time left on this wine in my opinion, great structure. Wish I had more so that I could see how it evolves over time. — 10 years ago
Strong expression of the grape. Less ruby red than Barbara often tends to be, which I like. Darker fruit. Nice balance. Great wine for the money. Went well with pork. — 8 years ago
Insane value. Buy it by the case. — 10 years ago
Always outstanding. My wife's favorite wine. The only Californian wine we buy consistently. — 10 years ago
