A bone dry rosé. Subtle notes of berry and hay on the nose, but the usual fruit and berry flavors are hidden with a strong mineral finish of slate and steel. Would pair very well with spicy or fatty meals, a bit too stringent by itself for leisurely summer drinking (at least for my palette.) — 8 years ago
