Glad to see that 1980’s still have some staying power. Still got that peppery notes on top but resolved and mellow to drink without being tired.

Even though I did not remember opening this 3 months ago, the taste is eerily familiar... which is good in terms of consistency. Really enjoyed the pairing with caviar and potato chips... because of the contrast to the other champagnes we’ve had before... just remembered apples all day on this one.
