Inaugural release. You can tell serious effort was put into the wine. Aromatics were subtle upon opening. Nice floral, cigar box, blue/purple fruit. Palate has elegant texture. Seamless with decent acidity. Good blue/purple/black fruits. Finish is a bit short. As it opened it became very hot, throwing off the balance. — 3 years ago

Impressive Rich Red/Blue fruit and lots of it. Solid mid-palate complexity with great overall texture. Long mouthfeel. It's a full bodied Pinot, but varietal and regionally correct. Still plenty of acidity. A really enjoyable Sta. Rita Pinot Noir, that is going to go the distance. — 3 years ago
