Bright ruby color and bursting with fresh raspberry and spicy, herbal notes with thyme and bay leaf dominant. A bright flowery tone, too. Medium weight in the palate but with real personality - raspberry ones and blueberries but also some cool herbal notes and a touch of stoney minerality. Grippy tannins (from the (used) oak) and great balance. This is juicy, delicious drinking pleasure.
