Quite handsome very light golden color with endless tiny bubbles. Amazing aromas of subtle ginger, almonds and spices. Elegant flavors of tart apple, giving off a very focus and sharp acidity. Spices come out towards the medium to long finish. Medium body. This wine can handle foods, and certainly opens the appetite. 84 pts.
