Surprisingly elegant.

Zesty.

Lemon-yellow in color with elegant, refined bubbles that form a hearty white froth. Aromas of white flowers, apricot and herbs create a delicately soft bouquet. The palate is comprised of citrus, orange blossoms and stone fruits. Fresh citrus and floral notes linger on the finish

Good. Not too dry. A bit fruit forward.

Midway recommendation. Really good. Only had with OJ. Christmas day Mimosas

White flowers, cardamom, cinnamon, jasmine, green tea, dried herbs (predominantly oregano and thyme). What a delightful surprise for a prosecco. Not quite brut, a little residual sugar in here but not by any means overwhelming.

Dry, but not overly so. Citrus notes and a nice acidity.

Pretty yummy prosecco! I’m reviewing a couple days late, so no helpful tasting notes. But it was a nice flavor, good price, and works incredibly well for a mimosa or stand alone

Refreshing, light, cherries & bubbles! Very nice whimsical wine that you won’t regret opening if you’re in that mood.
