A slutty little flower with full, round hips; cling peaches & apricots on the nose and palate; and a racy acidity that paired well with a spicy tuna crudo.

Peach and apricot mixed with a lot of mineral and lemon peel. There's a hint of pepper in the background. The lemon peel lingers for a good couple of minutes, leaving a sour note behind. This offsets some of the crispness, compromising an otherwise worthy effort.

Dry peach, limestone. Paired perfectly with brown butter, lemon & sage pasta. Great Viognier.

Crisp finish with some bitterness. Little to no aroma. A refreshing drink.

2013 vintage - Refined and focused with great acidity and balance of flavors. Orange, lime, guava (or some other tropical fruit).
