This is not the right wine, but the right one isn’t on here yet. It’s a crisp, bright, refreshing white with some lemon, green apple, minerality. Maybe a little funk on the nose. So smooth. Great for a hot day. The winery is super young. We had to call and were the only ones there. The crotchety winemaker stayed at his desk while his bubbly, eccentric wife talked to herself about the wine as much as she talked to us.
