Went all in on the natty here. Savagnin with some light skin contact. It tastes like exactly like you expect a Savagnin would in a new world climate. Take everything you know of Savagnin (acidity, minerality, citrus notes etc) and add just a bit of tropical fruit (pineapple, bananas).
