The Caley is Yalumba’s flagship and is a blend of minty Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and the fleshy berry fruit of Barossa Shiraz. This is such a baby - a case of infanticide - will live for decades. Very closed at this point with enormous potential. No doubt a great wine in the making but too expensive IMO. At the Annual Yalumba tasting at the Downs Club.
