Rasteau Red Rhone Blend

An amazing nose of fresh raspberries and a hint of mint. The raspberry and kirsch flavors continue on the palate, which is fresh and bright. Finishes with savory meat juices, mineral, and some sage. Firm tannins give a dry finish with red berry fruits lingering on. Break out the charcoal and grill up some burgers or flatiron steaks with this!

Lovely soft fruit, drinking very well.

Moores. 2012. $26ish. Dark fruit. Very delicate tannins. Worked well with lamb cooked for a couple days.

Not too dry. Not jammy. Nice subtle fruit notes.
