Decided to follow dinner’s Xavier Gigondas 15 with this Xavier ‘14 confection with dessert of orange rosemary olive cake . A perfect pairing with the fruit and herb in balance and a mid-sweet beautiful wine with orange notes prominent. Mmm yes please!
