Tonight I found out why a white burgundy is so special. This is a 7 year old that is the most spectacular white wine I have enjoyed so far. Amazing citrus cranks up the incredible vibrant acidity to race toward a mineral laced crushed stone lengthy finish. My gratitude to this beautiful expression of what can be produced from a grape.
