Medium garnet red with a consistent concentration to the thin cranberry rim. Initial meaty aroma requires 1 hour of aeration to reveal a medium intensity of French vanilla, leather, mulberry, wax and juniper. Medium body, medium acid, medium plus astringency which is slightly lower than you might expect for Cabernet Sauvignon but offers a chalky structure. Medium plus alcohol gives a slight burn. Palate is moderately complex with fresh black currant, tobacco leaf, medium bitterness, and well integrated vanilla. Herb and clove linger on the medium finish

Solid Napa cab, needed some time to open up, but the dark berry and vanilla notes were worth the wait

I could drink 10 bottles of this in one sitting. It is superb and doesn't give me that dry mouth you've-had-too-much taste. Love.

Really great body and complexity but a bit bitter in the finish.
