No idea how this wines rating is this bad. In fairness it did take a while to hit its straps but after a decent amount of air showing some beautiful stalky tones with old oak, among blackcurrants and forest berries. The palate is reasonably giving, tannins are settled and a little bit of an acid drive to it. It's got a lengthy finish too. Can't complain

Been drinking this all week - lovely wine with lamb ir beef, or even on its own after a day on the slopes....
