Initial flavours - Blackberry, spice, mint, pencil shavings with a hint of chocolate. Decanted and left to breathe for a good couple of hours. BBQ'd some scotch fillet steaks and whacko, what a feast. The wine had mellowed significantly and blackberry flavours came to the fore over the spice and tannins. Cracking experience. Savoured every last drop.
