Crisp, apple first taste- high acidity and fruity. On the dry end. Paired well with spicy food

Light clear straw color. Aromas of citrus and tennis balls. Crisp and fresh. A little sweeter than I like- needs food with some spices to balance the flavors.

Nice crisp

So sweet with strong acidity... like, makes my mouth hurt acid. I'm hoping it will taste better with the pork in mustard that I'm making for dinner... who knows!?!

Too sweet

Sweet on the nose with light crisp notes on the pallet.

Good crisp citrusy resisting - not sweet like the forward smell.
