Like wet rocks in a cold mountain spring, this smells like the best camping trip you've ever had. Pure, clean, crisp and untouched. Heavy petrol and minerality, canned peaches and apricot, green apple, juicy white plum, and loads of hibiscus. Palate is just a touch sweet but acid is aplenty. Like sipping rays of sunshine.
