Olives, chocolate, green pepper were a plus. The fruit was too robust on the palate. Needed more time in bottle.

Apr 20th, 2016Always loved this producer which is why I now buy fruit from them for my own production. So distinctive with its big meaty character. Crushed granite, violets, slight balsamic (but not in a VA way).

Beefy, smoked fruit, popcorn, seaweed nose with lingering cherry pit finish. Pretty freaking great!
