This the Walla Walla Estate Cabernet. 83% Cabernet and 17% Syrah. On the nose, muted mid & dark red fruits, dark chocolate and fresh dark florals. More wood use than their previous reds. Ripe, blackberries, dark cherries, spiced black plum, black raspberries and poached strawberries, crush rocks, spice, dark chocolate nutmeg, clove, soft leather, moist, warm dark earth, light herbaceous notes, good acidity and nice round finish.
