Deep amber color shows her double oak nature. Nose of fragrant ester, green apple, oak, and hint of toffee. Very powerful nose. Taste is a dance of hot spice with creamy caramel, around this is some milky vanilla, apple, and chocolate note. Aftertaste is a pleasure with milk chocolate-like sweetness, a bit minty, dried figs, and powerful hot spice at the throats. This is a bold but well polished whiskey.
