Dark yet clear caramel, almost like dilute coffee. Nose is beautiful with everything fragrance in concentrated modes. Nose is crayon, aldehyde, oak, minty, and sweet caramel. Taste starts with nice ripe apple, a bit salty note. Then some more warmth and notes from the nose. Smooth and right concentration. Aftertaste of dried fruit like dried apricots and mineral, medium long. Nice!
