Pretty dry, some salinity. I expected super sweet, and this was a pleasant surprise. Tastes like pair, pretty good on its own or in a grapefruit mimosa or ice cream float. Will be buying this again next time I need my sparkling wine fix.

First sip reminded me of sparkling apple cider. Another Club W pick and another disappointment. I don't know how it was made, but it definitely tastes like carbonation was added at the end.
