Estate Bottled Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc

Tart, crisp with great minerality. Notes lemon, yellow apple and apricot. A hint of oak due to the barrel fermentation.

This Pinot Blanc displays very little nose. On the palate it is fairly round with good acidity. The fruit is a little dull. I like my Pinot Blanc just a little more angular than this. I find the leed contact in the mid-palate just a touch too much for me.

8/19. New for me. A bold (14.5 ALC) flavor with dark yellow color. Looks more like a Chardonnay. Paired well with the chicken stew.
